My approach to helping
Our first session will include an assessment in which we will review your current concerns. My approach to working with individuals is tailored to your needs with the best practices to address your goals in the healthiest of ways. We will collaborate with your treatment goals, gain clarity into your concerns and explore those surrounding challenges. I believe we are the experts in knowing ourselves. I appreciate you and honor your desire to be a healthy version of yourself. I would like to offer my support and introduce new skills and tools to help you.

Why Going to Therapy Can Be Beneficial to You
There are many people who could benefit from therapy who would never consider it because of a social stigma. There are many who believe they can get through a crisis on their own. Sometimes this is true but, often times people need to talk to someone who can guide them through personal or mental issues with the knowledge to help them reach their goal. It takes great strength and courage to cross the threshold into therapy and to examine oneself and attempt to make changes. Rest assured our sessions will be completely confidential. I honor and respect every person who makes the decision to walk through my door and seek my help.
